The judgement recognizes that there is a Constitutionally protected right to a healthy environment and that the Norwegian government has a duty to uphold this right

Appeal

Greenpeace Nordic and Nature and Youth are appealing the judgement in their case against the Norwegian Government for Arctic oil drilling.
